This board is from an 1887 family barn in North Dakota. Some of the framing and siding was salvaged before the building was torn down for safety reasons. It is very easy to take this weathered wood and enhance it with Livos oils.
This blanket chest was designed and built out of boards from the old barn. Using Livos oils, a purple scotch brite pad and a little elbow grease you can turn this weathered wood into an easy to dust, non splintery, soft and silky piece of furniture.
